Meet Sam.

Sam first tried to escape North Korea when he was only six-years-old. Over twenty years later, Sam is a permanent resident of Canada.

We bridge policy and action on North Korea.

Refugee Resettlement

In partnership with the Canadian Government, we are resettling five North Korean families to Canada in a historic pilot.

Training and Education

We provide human rights education to 20 universities in Canada and connect students with practitioners and projects abroad.

Policy Development

We host global and regional summits focused on building holistic initiatives for civil society, governments, and other stakeholders.

Over 5,000 visitors. 600 postcards. $25,000 raised for refugees.

Discover the stories of hope and resilience from our latest exhibition—Jangmadang, North Korean Street Market, the second edition of our award-winning People’s Museum of North Korea.
