HanVoice

OUR STORY.

3 students, who cared enough.

HanVoice was started by three law students in 2007, concerned about the lack of an adequate Canadian response to one of the worst ongoing human rights tragedies of our generation.

Today, HanVoice is Canada's largest and leading non-profit for North Korean human rights and refugees.

OUR MISSION.

Voice to the voiceless.

Han ("한") is described as a collective feeling of oppression and isolation in the face of insurmountable odds.

At HanVoice, we seek to give voice to the voiceless. We advocate on behalf of the North Korean people, who remain voiceless and oppressed in the face of insurmountable odds.

Whether inside, outside, or in transit from North Korea, we support the North Korean people in whatever way we can.
